Maryland campaign finance

Campaign watchdog groups in Maryland are complaining that candidates (especially those in non-competitive races) are spending money on things like Christmas and Valentine cards, according to the Herald-Mail (Hagerstown, MD).

Of course, if these guys had spent their money on negative campaigning, Common Cause would be complaining about that, too.
