Query: Successful Shaw v Reno cases

Dan Lowenstein asks, "do you know of any case anywhere this decade in which a Shaw v. Reno claim has been successful?" Assuming this was not a test for me from the professor, I am passing the question on to you.

If you know of a successful Shaw claim since 2000, click on the Comment link below.

Here are three cases where a racial gerrymander claim has succeeded:

West v. Gilmore, 2002 Va. Cir. LEXIS 37 (Va. Cir. Ct. Mar. 10, 2002)
Six state senate districts and seventeen state house districts struck down as being racial gerrymanders.

Clark v. Putnam County, 293 F.3d 1261 (11th Cir. 2002)
Two county districts in Putnam County, GA struct down as racial gerrymanders.

Prejean v. Foster, 227 F.3d 504 (5th Cir. 2000)
In a LA district for electing 5 judges, at-large elections were struck down for diluting the black vote. The remedy was to create two sub-districts, one of which would be majority black. The majority black sub-district contained 20% of the population and elected one of the five judges. The other sub-district contained 80% of the population and elected four of the five judges. Plaintiffs alleged a racial gerrymander. The DC granted SJ for the state. The AC reversed the SJ and remanded for further proceedings.

And another which I don't know the current status of:

Polish Am. Cong. v. City of Chicago, 211 F. Supp. 2d 1098 (2002)
Plaintiffs alleged a racial gerrymander. FRCP 12(b)(1) granted for the city against non-resident plaintiffs and denied for resident plaintiffs.
